Netscape has posted Official FAQ regarding the Netscape Browser Prototype.

In short, the new Netscape is not to compete with Firefox. This browser is targeted for the more experienced, “savvy” user.

During the testing period, The Netscape Prototype Browser will be available for Windows platform and only in English.
