Netscape 8 beta, combating phishing schemes, mid Feb

According to C|net News.com, Netscape will release a test version of browser designed to resist phishing schemes.

On Feb. 17, Netscape is expected to release both the second test, or "beta," version of Netscape 8 and a redesigned Netscape.com portal site.

C|net News.com also stated the anti-phishing in next generation of Netscape will be different to Firefox's and Internet Explorer's.
