Mozilla Firefox to get a new default theme . . .

"Apparently Firefox is getting a new default theme to replace Qute, due to Mozilla.org's
issues with the licensing of Qute. In this Mozillazine Forums post, Arvid Axelsson (the
maker of the Qute theme) posts a copy of an email he was sent by the Firefox
development team and his replies to the email.

It seems, rather than discussing the licensing issues, the choice was already made to
change themes with a "free" variant of something inspired by the "Pinstripe" theme
from Mac OS X. One wonders if licensing was truly the sticking point; Mozilla.org has
been less-than-communicative with their internal plan ideas for a number of years,
making decisions without public input, and informing those affected afterward
