Firefox 3 Beta 1 released
SillyDog701 member J-M informed us that Mozilla Corporation has finally released the first public beta of Mozilla Firefox 3.0. According to release notes, main new features of Firefox 3 Beta 1 are more security, easier to use, more personal, improved platform for developers and improved performance.
Two weeks ago, Mozilla's server were swamped by Firefox 3.0 Beta rumour. (Before the releasing of Firefox 3.0 Beta 1. Mozilla chose to cut the server access. MozInfo701 believes Mozilla Corporation has enough server resources to handle the traffics from users who simply wants everything the latest.
Currently, Mozilla Firefox 3 Beta is designed for developers and testers. It is not intended for end users, says Mozilla Developer News.
