Firefox 22 released

FirefoxPerhaps the new Firefox release is no longer a big excitement, we still dutifully report it. Firefox 22 is now available for download and is being pushed to Firefox users via automatic update mechanism if the user leaves the settings as default.

According to release notes, there is the usual security fixes which is detailed here, some new features include:
Download progress in Dock application icon on Mac OS X platform
Firefox now follows display scaling options to render text larger on high-res displays on Windows
WebRTC is now enabled by default!
HTML5 audio/video playback rate can now be changed
Social services management implemented in Add-ons Manager
asm.js optimizations (OdinMonkey) enabled for major performance improvements
HTML5's <data> and <time> elements are now supported.

Firefox 22 is available from Firefox website.
