Firefox 1.5 Beta set for Sept. 8

According to BetaNews and MozillaZine, Mozilla has announced its beta schedule for the upcoming release of Firefox 1.5 Beta will be released on 8th September, followed by a second beta on 5th October. The development tree for Firefox 1.5 Beta 1 will be locked on 6th September. The first Firefox 1.5 Release Candidate will be available on 28th October according to current plan.

Developers warned that the dates could shift depending on bugs and user feedback during the beta phase.
